…November first of the month. Bittersweet year so far, as it is happening much opposite of what I imagined especially since it started beautifully. Now nearing the end, no doubt a tough year with enough down and blows-but on the bright side, ups (there will always be ups!) Last year today was a happy, meaningful day-my intent that day was to give back by sharing my fav meditative places with a friend hoping to help em find peace and clarity.
